This is the perfect little book for making lists - great size and find the sticky notes so useful. Each one has its own purpose and find myself using them all equally. Also love the colour and it’s really good quality. Definitely recommend.

I honestly think this is the most useful item I have ever purchased! It has already made my life SO much easier by keeping all my notes/thoughts/ideas in one place. I love the different sections, having a dedicated place for a shopping list and the sticky notes for high priority tasks to remember. I have used it every day since it arrived and couldn't be happier with the quality. I also purchased the bundle package with the resistance bands which I am so glad I did!
