I lost nearly 5 kgs! I’m honestly just SO proud of myself for working hard and of my body for being capable of so much more than I thought I could do!
I maintained a regular exercise routine and healthy diet. I noticed improvement in my strength, decreased in bloating, some weight loss. The improvement in my overall mood and energy was the best part though!
So I definitely can see more definition in my torso!! I loved Accomplish! The workouts were fun as well, because some were HIIT based which meant a good endorphin rush and sense of achievement
